Inspected by hand, piece by piece

Every item is checked at the workshop before it is packed — frame, weave, finish and stability. Handmade does not mean inconsistent: it means a person looked at your chair before it went in the box.

If something arrives damaged

Sea freight is rough. If an item reaches you damaged despite the packing:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods
2. Send photos of the damage and the packaging
3. We make it right — a repair solution, a replacement in your next order, or a credit

Made-to-order pieces

Custom and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and are non-returnable, which is why we encourage sample orders first — inspect the quality with your own hands before committing to volume.
